Mike is a popular author; his work appearing in anthologies, magazines, newspapers, and on the internet. He is currently working on two books: An Anthology of his own personal stories about the shooting, his family, his friends, and his work (Entitled Lessons From the Heart) as well as an autobiography entitled, In the Blink of an Eye; the Bullet that Changed Our Lives.
